איך מבקשים ביטול
ניתן למסור הודעת ביטול במייל [email protected], בטלפון 0505270152 או בדואר לכתובת העסק. ציינו שם, כתובת החשבון ופרטים המאפשרים לזהות את העסקה. אין למסור מספר כרטיס מלא או CVV. אין צורך למסור סיבה לצורך ביטול במקום שבו הדין אינו דורש זאת.
מנוי חודשי או שנתי
עם הפעלת התשלומים, בקשת ביטול תטופל ותפסיק חידושים וחיובים עתידיים בהתאם למועדים הקבועים בדין ולתנאי העסקה שהוצגו לפני הרכישה. בחירת מנוי שנתי אינה שוללת זכויות ביטול לפי דין. סיום הזכאות והחזר בגין תקופה ששולמה ייקבעו לפי הדין ותנאי העסקה; לא תחול הוראה הסותרת זכות מחייבת של הצרכן.
החזר וזכויות על פי דין
זכויות ביטול והחזר יינתנו בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן ולדינים החלים, לרבות זכויות מיוחדות לקבוצות הזכאיות לכך. דמי ביטול, אם מותרים, לא יעלו על המותר בדין. במקרה של פגם, אי־התאמה או אי־אספקה יינתן הסעד הנדרש בדין ללא דמי ביטול במקום שהדין אוסר אותם. החזר יבוצע במועד המחייב לפי דין, בדרך המתאימה לאמצעי התשלום.

How to cancel
Send a cancellation notice to [email protected], call +972 50 527 0152 or write to the business address. Include your name, account email and information identifying the transaction. Do not send a full card number or CVV. No reason is required where applicable law does not require one.
Monthly or annual subscriptions
When payments become available, cancellation requests will be processed and future renewals and charges stopped within applicable statutory time limits and under the terms disclosed before purchase. An annual plan does not waive statutory cancellation rights. Access termination and any refund for a prepaid period will follow applicable law and transaction terms; mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
Refunds and statutory rights
Cancellation and refund rights follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and other applicable law, including additional rights for eligible groups. Any permitted cancellation fee will not exceed the legal limit. Defects, nonconformity and non-delivery will receive the remedy required by law without a cancellation fee where prohibited. Refunds will be issued within the legally required period using an appropriate payment method.

There is no active website charging during this beta stage. This policy does not announce activation of a paid subscription.
